MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER NOTICE
In light of the Movement Control Order placed from the 13th of January 2021, all orders, shipments, delivery, and returns/refunds processes will be delayed as our resources are restricted and limited. For purchases made between the 13th of January until the 26th of January 2021, the returns window will be extended to 60 days from 30 days.
This is to compensate for the delays in the processes affected by the Movement Control Order. Return/refund processes will be temporarily put on hold, and strictly no exchanges allowed for the time being.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, bra, swimwear, socks, accessories and cosmetics.
It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates and your details. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.
Items should be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. A return request should be raised via email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the return.
MY orders can be sent back to us free of charge with EasyParcel; Poslaju or Pgeon Drop Off Point or Home Pick Up (Selected Area).
Orders cannot be returned to any Lancel store. Items cannot be returned to a Lancel concession or franchise. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card.
If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, the promotion will no longer apply when partial returns are made. The refunded amount will exclude that of the promotional amount.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Products that have been personalized for you, including items that have been tailored or altered will not be accepted as returns. We are unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Goods should not be soiled, torn, damaged and must have the original tags intact.
